I can not overstate how great Simonne is to work with. "Masterful" is indeed the word for her. She immediately got on the phone and talked us through the process of buying a place, reassuring us that no question was too silly or concern was too small.

Over the ensuing months, she kept in touch with us when new apartments in our price range became available. She had a light touch when weighing in on properties, and she was great at guiding us toward finding our own answers about what we wanted and what worked for us.
